Biology Class

Education No Comments »

Biology is an interesting topic but pure lectures and discussions make it boring for me. My previous university even had a boring teacher assigned to teach the subject and I was in his class. Thank God I’m now enrolled in a new university and I will no longer see that boring professor. Just this Monday, I passed by the room where the biology class that I’m going to take next semester will be held and it was awesome. It has Crestron audio and video systems that are used for class discussions and illustrations.

What I saw made me excited to attend the class next semester. Now I don’t have to use my imagination alone but I can see actual visual aids. This will further help me and other biology students to learn the subject faster. I just hope that the teacher that is going to be assigned to my class is lively and not boring as my previous professor. I’m slowly appreciating the beauty and competitiveness of my new school. There are just a lot more things to discover about it.

Partial Twin?

Extreme Medical Conditions No Comments »

While searching the internet for a Lawyer Directory, I stumbled upon a creepy medical condition. For nearly four decade, a man from India carried his partial twin inside him. This medical condition made him look like he is a pregnant man. Because of this, he could barely breathe and move normally. Sanju Bhagat thought that he only has a big belly all his life and never thought that his condition could be much worse. He is now carrying a twin brother that has become a parasite to him.

Sanju wasn’t just carrying a fetus like creature inside his body but rather a developed human. It has bones, long finger nails and other part of a normal human body. I don’t know if this was true but a doctor told the news that he could actually shake has with the twin parasite inside Sanju’s stomach. This medical condition is really rare that the number of people recorded to have it in the whole world didn’t even reach the one hundred mark. It’s amazing, fascinating and creepy.

Aunt’s Health Condition

Aunt Emily is currently in Australian and doing some Nanny Jobs Melbourne there. A news recently came to me that she has to go home here to us because she cannot work there anymore. She is complaining that her head always aches and that she often feels dizzy. My aunt is not capable of bearing a child so she couldn’t be pregnant. Her employer is concerned and she might have to home with us until she becomes well again. This is both a sad and exciting news for us; sad because of her condition but exciting because we’ll see her again.

I will personally take care of my aunt until she becomes well because I owe her a lot. In fact, I owe her even my life. I was hospitalized for one week when I was in college and she was the only one that took care for me. My parents were busy working and didn’t have time for me then. In return to the good deed that she did to me, it’s my time to take care of her. I will also shoulder a part of her hospitalization and other medical expenses.

Emotions and Recovery

It is believed and there are scientific proofs that a person’s emotion has effects on the speed of his recovery. A person receiving a new Nokia N82 celphone, which is a celphone that he saw at Test freaks and the one he always wanted, for her birthday could increase the speed of an ill person. A bad news on the other hand could slow down his recovery or even make it worse. You may not hear a doctor directly telling you this but I myself, have proven such theory.

There are some Homes for the Aged that uses pets to help their patients recover or at least feel better with their life. Old people will think that there’s no longer any use in being in this world because of their age and limitation. With the use of pets, they will feel that there’s still something that needs them here and there’s a need for them to stay alive and fighting. However, you should remember that doing such therapies are not enough for a person to recover or heal. You should also not forget to follow your doctor’s advice.

In la fitness has often been confused with weight loss. This is why people over there are more aware of pilates and yoga than nutrition and the vitamin shoppe.
