This medical condition made him look like he is a pregnant man. Because of this, he could barely breathe and move normally. Sanju Bhagat thought that he only has a big belly all his life and never thought that his condition could be much worse. He is now carrying a twin brother that has become a parasite to him.

Sanju wasn’t just carrying a fetus like creature inside his body but rather a developed human. It has bones, long finger nails and other part of a normal human body. I don’t know if this was true but a doctor told the news that he could actually shake has with the twin parasite inside Sanju’s stomach.
