A lot of players of different sports are getting hooked in using steroids because of the significant increase it gives to their performance. It is said that baseball is one of the sports where there are a lot of players who were using steroids. The use of steroids in baseball has been a big buzz in the mid-90’s because there have been rumors that a high percentage of the players in the Major League Baseball have been using steroids.

Famous and top players of the MLB have admitted to have been using steroids and claims that their careers succeeded because of using steroids. There are mixed emotions about the said news. Some think that its not fair for the other players that are not using steroids. Others are concerned about the side effects of using steroids in the users’ health. Because of this, the league finally issued a policy that is banning the use of steroids among players.

Though the use of steroids is banned in the league for more than a couple of years, there have been news that there are steroids that can be used and will not be detected by tests. It is believed that there are still a lot of players in the MLB that uses steroids.
