Stress is a major contributor to many health disorders like heart attacks and hypertension. There are some medications like multivitamins that you can take to cure or minimize stress but I strongly believe that the best cure for stress is recreation. Take a Caribbean cruise, adventure hikes, scuba diving holidays, Cozumel vacations or camping trips to relieve the stress in your body. Take some time to reward yourself for all the hard work that you’ve done.

If your budget on recreation is low, you can alternatively go to malls, have a backyard barbeque or simply play in an arcade. Your recreation doesn’t need to be too costly because what’s important is that you give yourself some time to unwind. Sometimes you can just invite your son and play basketball in a court in your street. Just do any activity that you love doing. Keep in mind that all work and no play make an unhealthy person full of stress!
